Leadership
CORE Housing is led by Eric Schames, a Los Angeles housing executive and advisor who builds the operations, infrastructure, and strategy behind whole-person housing. Eric works as an operator, coordinator, and advisor across housing, real estate, and community initiatives. He founded CORE Housing to bring operational discipline and strategic partnership to mission-driven housing — connecting people with housing, resources, and opportunities.
